Our Process
Stage One: We receive your enquiy from our website
Stage Two: We call you to discuss the property and reason for sale
Stage Three: We instruct an independent R.I.C.S approved survey to confirm the condition of the property and current market value
Stage Four: We confirm our offer based upon satisfactory results of the valuation
Stage Five: We instruct solicitors to proceed with searches and other legal
documentation required on behalf of our investor
Stage Six: Contracts are exchanged and a completion date is set
Stage Seven: Funds are transferred to your appointed solicitor and completion is finalised with keys being handed to the buyer
Stage Eight: If sale and rentaback is agreed the investor will confirm an assured shorthold tenancy is in place upon completion at a mutually agreed rental figure

We rely upon the information supplied by both the seller and the valuer to complete on every offer made therefore we always stress that sellers be realisitic in their assessment of the current market value and the price they are willing to accept.
