This process allows us to purchase your home for an agreed price while you remain in the property as a tenant once the sale has completed. Tenancies can range from a short term tenancy of a few weeks while you sort our affairs before moving in to another property up to 5 years with the option to extend indefinitely.
Sale and Buy Back
This process is similar to the sale and rentback scheme however this gives the advantage of allowing you to purchase the property back from us at a pre-determined price at a later stage. The option usually provides for you to benefit from any rise in equity during the period so that you can rejoin the housing ladder should your circumstances change
