3. Consumer Property agree only to act for you on request via submission of the online quotation form.

No liability whatsoever shall attach to Consumer Property or it's agents for any loss or damage, including any consequential loss or damage, arising from the inclusion or provision of any information, data or material contained in the Web site, or the use thereof, or in any way arising in connection with the Web site.

5. Without prejudice to any of the foregoing clauses, no liability shall attach to Consumer Property Ltd or its agents for any information or material placed on or linked to the Web site by any party without prior written authorisation from Consumer Property Ltd.

8. Consumer Property Ltd reserves the right to decline an application for its services, regardless of the method of making such an application, without giving a reason. We also reserve the right to revise or withdraw any offer made should the information provided not be correct.

9. All fees payable in respect of services provided by the company, its employees or contractors are non refundable

10. Any offer given is made subject to the results of a satisfactory RICS survey and can vary

11.The figure of up to £500 will be paid towards legal fees upon successful completion by the buyer

12.The R.I.C.S valuation fee paid to ascertain the property market value will be refunded to the seller upon completion by the buyer. The valuation fee includes an administration fee but does not take into account sale commissions which are charged to the buyer upon the completion of purchase

 

13.Any offer made will become legally binding upon exchange of contracts with the buyer

14.The seller will be required to appoint a solicitor to handle the sale of the property

15.The seller will be required to withdraw from sale with any other company or agent until such time as the sale is completed or the offer is rescinded by either party

16.Should the seller withdraw from sale afgter an offer has been accepted they may be liable for their own and the buyers legal costs

17.The seller will still be responsible for any external sale costs associated with any contracted estate agent under instruction

18.The seller must confirm that they are the legal title holder and not subject to bankruptcy proceedings

19.The seller must confirm that the property can be offered with vacant possession unless otherwise agreed with the buyer

20.Any offer is made subject to the results of searches to be carried out by the purchaser conveyancer.

21.The seller must intend discharging all secured loans and charges registered against the property prior to completion

22.Consumer Property Ltd will endeavor to ensure the successful sale of the property up to completion but Consumer Property Ltd can assume no liability for any failure to complete by the buyer or seller
